Tony has over 10 years of direct clinical experiences in mental and behavioural health care with specialised focus on trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder including a strong clinical awareness of working with people who struggles with dual diagnoses, addiction, trauma, personality disorder and major mental health illness. He is also an ABNLP certified NLP Trainer.

His area of expertise includes all forms of addiction (both substance and behavioural) therapy; trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) therapy, dysfunctional family system therapy; addressing co-dependency and relational issues, life coaching; past life regression therapy; inner-child work, training; public speaking and hypnotherapy.
He has a proven track record in working with both youth and adults, treatment-resistant clients, PTSD clients and challenging family dynamics.
Tony also specialises in working with clients with personality disorders and dissociative identity disorder (DID) which are often victims of trauma.
In addition, Tony is also trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Grief and Bereavement Therapy, Gut-Brain Connection, Inner-Child Healing Therapy, Positive Psychology Therapy, Rebirthing Breathwork Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Ayurveda Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and also has a diploma in Epigenetics. Tony is also trained and certified as a Sound Healing Therapist and Teacher by the Haritha Yogsala in Rishikesh India where he trained for 2 months. Apart from his work in an inpatient facility, he also conducts NLP certification trainings.
Beginning his career in his native country Singapore, Tony worked in the demanding environment of prisons and therapeutic communities for ex-offenders with addictions and dual diagnosis symptoms. He moved on to work with non-profit and government agencies where he helped develop and run addiction treatment programmes. He is featured in two documentaries commissioned by Singapore detailing his own personal recovery journey and his involvement in helping the therapeutic community. Tony also has been actively involving in the setting up, development and clinical management of two rehabilitation centres in Thailand: The Cabin (2011–2017) and The Dawn Medical Rehab (2017–2020).
Tony knows from both personal and professional experience how important it is for individuals who suffer from addiction, mental health issues and PTSD to be able to access quality and effective treatment programmes tailored to their individual needs which provides responsive, customised treatment plans. He is passionate about helping clients achieve recovery, develop personally and reach their fullest potential. She is also accredited as an American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP certified Master Coach); Timeline Therapist; Master NLP Practitioner; Certified Interactive Hypnotherapist; Certified Clinical Trauma Professional; Certified TRE Practitioner and certified yoga teacher (200 hours). As a co-founder of 180 Sanctuary where she is one of the principal therapists and provides psychotherapy, coaching and training services, Anya draws on a wealth of experience as a trainer, consultant and group facilitator in the corporate world as well as mentoring and coaching individuals.

Chris practices as the Addiction Therapist at Gleneagles Medical Centre. He has more than 30 years of counselling experience ranging from substance and behaviour addictions to family issues, he is also an Independent Service Provider in the addiction therapy field.
His qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling from De La Salle University, a Bachelor of Theology degree from Malaysia Bible Seminary, and is a Certified Addiction Therapist (CSAT) from the Asia Pacific Certification Board. Chris currently has a Master (Level 4) in Addiction Therapy and was the former President of the Asia Pacific Certification Board (M).
With a very positive disposition, Chris seeks to integrate the various theories of change with experiential truths. He applies his knowledge of the various models of recovery to meet the patients’ particular needs. Hence, Chris is eclectic in his approach to treatment management. His own recovery from drug addiction of ten years enables him to understand the peculiarities of the addiction world. He has been drug free for 40 years.
Chris also lectures on Addiction Counselling/Intervention on a regular basis for the Master in Clinical Psychology Program in HELP University and for the Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology Program at the College of Allied Educators. Chris was invited to be part of the External Review Board for Monash University’s Master of Professional Counselling. He also has lectured for Alpha and Omega International College, National Association of Christian Counsellors, on Addiction Intervention.
He is married to Rachel Ng and has two adult sons.
Dr. Ivan ZY Lim
Dr Ivan Zy Lim is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of extensive practice experience in treating mental health issues (e.g. depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction), those with personality difficulties (e.g. borderline personality, antisocial personality), and those with problems pertaining to violent behaviour (e.g. domestic violence, general aggressive behaviours, see offenders, and substance-use). He is passionate about helping adults and adolescents with psychological and emotional difficulties and mental health issues. In addition to his therapeutic work, Dr Lim is proficient in intelligence testing, assessments of memory and cognitive abilities as well as personality assessments. He also provides clinical supervision to psychologists and counsellors and conducts training and workshops in psychological health and mental wellness.
Dr Lim earned his Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology with The Professional School of Psychology, USA, a Master’s Degree in Social Science from SwinBurne University and four postgraduate qualifications in Counselling, Social Science, Counselling Supervision, and Adult Continuing Education. Trained as a CBT therapist he has extensive experience in professional counselling and group dynamics. His qualifications also equip him with advanced knowledge and skills in curriculum and courseware development, as well as the ability to facilitate training and assessment, giving him the expertise to work in the WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications) system and beyond in a wide range of institutional settings.
Dr Lim gained clinical experience in assessment and treatment through many different permutations of patient care (in-patient addiction and mental health rehab centre out-patient mental health clinic, day-treatment centre for the mentally ill, and specialised clinics for children, adolescents and families.)
Prior to this profession, Dr Lim had over 20 years of experience in the corporate world and had superb track records in pioneering and managing regional operations in the Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience in multi-cultural consulting, training, and team facilitation; and has delivered workshops in 13 countries around Asia Pacific. Dr Lim was a highly sought-after professional known for his accomplishments in multi-national corporations such as Datacraft Asia, Jobpilot AG, Shiva Corporation USA, ODS Networks USA and Baltimore Technologies UK. His indepth knowledge of the Asia Pacific markets was instrumental in his success.
Dr Lim is a strong believer in living a balanced and healthy life. His other passions include Chinese martial art, Qigong, philosophy/spirituality, and Lion & Dragon dance. His interest in Hung Gar Kung Fu comes from his involvement in the training of this Chinese martial art for over 50 years. His Hung Gar path was and still is a significant part of his physical, philosophical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual being. Taken to its deepest and most authentic meaning, Kung Fu is a way of life, not just a hobby. His passion for it comes from the unique philosophy within this system that he believe is transferable into a counselling and life philosophy context. Therefore, Dr Lim integrates Chinese martial art philosophy (Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism) also Western talk therapy; a fusion of Eastern ideas with Western processes. It provides an approach to learning and living well; the practical, the psychological, and the spiritual. The intent is to offer a postmodern therapy that will meet the needs of an increasingly multicultural population.

Chris attended Portland Community College in the USA where he completed a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition. Chris has had an interest in Thai Boxing and Fitness for 20+ years and founded Gym Bangarang in 2014. Chris is a United States Marine and was part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Given his background as a veteran, he has worked with many individuals who have struggled with PTSD and able to provide valuable support and coaching to assist many in their journey of recovery.
